When I leave a comment for you , is it seen by anybody else? Do others have access to the comment through your page?

No. We never did. I don't really know anything about EOG. The land man they used was a jerk. That's about all I know. We're just going to take the "wait and see" approach....

Mike,

Thanks for the information.

I'm new at this, so first tell me who all sees these comments.

I have land, with full mineral rights, in the county, near Zavalla, and owners next to me and I have received offers to purchase minerals. I'm really interested only in leasing, but no offers have appeared yet.

Mike,

I tried to message you but had technical difficulties. I'm in Dallas at meetings today but will be checking my email (ecamp@whitakerchalk.com) and cell phone (817-308-0865) throughout the day. Tomorrow I'll be back in the office and my direct line there is 817-878-0529.

I'm looking forward to discussing your situation.

Best,

Eric C. Camp

Mike, email me the log and I will look at it for you. I am a geologist, practicing in Houston, and I am familiar with Bossier. No Charge

All I need is the first log Array Induction / Density.
My name is Scott Pope and I have been working this area all year for a company that controls a large acreage position. If you will give the abstract numbersof the land you are giving up and the land you are getting I will send you some maps. As you know, the Haynesville Play is in Northern Angelina...it would be ugly to have wells all over your new tract and not have any of the interest in the wells!!!

Mike; I'll be glad to take a look at the log for you, just scan the section that you are interested in & email it to me at the following address: [boler jeff at gmail dot com] Note: there are no spaces in the email address... I appreciate the offer, but I will not require any compensation. You should know that all anyone can do is give you their 'interpretation' of the log. Just because a well log looks great, doesn't mean that it's going to be a producer.

If the log is fairly new the top of the Bossier will be be where the Gamma Ray Trace (1st trace) jumps from being pretty steadily below 75 to being pretty steadily above 75 (75 api units is the middle of the track). Should be somewhere around 10,000 ft (+/-) a few hundred feet in your area...

I don't use gohaynesvilleshale as much as I used to, but feel free to email me anytime, I'm always happy to talk about well logs!
